We take on all sorts of building projects from small building works through to completely new house builds. We are experienced in working with all types of building materials and styles, from modern to traditional, and our materials are sourced locally whenever possible. So whatever you envisage for your new home, we will work with you to advise and build it to your exacting requirements.

All of our building work is project managed by one of our partners, and alongside our highly experienced team of dedicated builders and sub-contractors (most of whom have worked with Cleeve Construction from the beginning), we will help you realise your dream home, from the initial ideas and designs through to building, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, decorating and final project completion.

NHBC registered

We are NHBC registered so you can be assured that we build to the highest industry standards. All new builds are subject to on-site inspections and are covered by all the necessary warranties.
